Abstract
This bachelor thesis aims to clarify the conventional and non-conventional control charts and determine the conditions for their correct application. Another objective is to analyze some selected statistical softwares which support control charts and compare these softwares from this perspective. Control charts are analyzed from the wiepoint of support by the Czech standards and selected foreign literature.
