Optimalizace zabezpečení úkolu k ochraně obyvatelstva v obci Dětřichov nad Bystřicí

Abstract

The thesis provides an analysis of potential threats to the municipality of Dětřichov on Bystřicí by extraordinary events. The introduction describes the various types of extraordinary events that can occur to a municipal authority. It also details the duties and obligations of a municipality in planning and preparing for these events and as well as covering management of hazards and rescue operations. Also covered are the characteristics of the Dětřichov on Bystřicí municipality, and as well as general information and history about the municipal authority and it’s surroundings. The thesis also details the existing safety objectives relating to the population of the municipality, and the analysis and evaluation of risks and potential threats by extraordinary events. Based on the analysis of possible threats, certain arrangements and precautions were made to satisfy safety objectives of municipal authority's population.
