Abstract

The main concern of this thesis is to survey the current state of simulation software for creating antennas that we have available and their comparison. The survey includes twelve most available programs what are freely available or paid. These programs were analyzed and compared in terms of their base license, the difficulty of control, possibilities, modeling and more. In the thesis is included the history of simulation and software. Another main goal was to select two programs. Then them closer to analyze and create for each user guide. User guide was made through search, analysis, and in most cases with a translation from the English language. The contribution of this thesis is mainly these manuals to programs MMANA-GAL and 4NEC2. These two manuals are the first in Czech language of this kind.
