Abstract

This work deals with the dimensioning of traction drive for vehicles with IWD. The first part describes the concept of electric vehicles and location of the electric motor in the vehicle. In addition, showing vehicle build by NTN team and electric motor from company named Protean Electric. The second part analyzes the overall driving force of the vehicle and planer dynamic model of the vehicle. Planar dynamic model will be used to design electronic differential, which will implement a separate traction. The third part of the thesis describe the motor size and design of map of correction forces for using in electric differential. Finally contains the results of simulations to verify the function of the electronic differential.
