Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of the motivation of employees in a given enterprise. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical one consists of the basic definitions related to the issue of motivation; motivational theories, job performance, critique related to the motivation and information about the correct motivating are described too. This part is followed by the practical one, beginning by the basic characteristic of the organization, particularities of the specific subsidiary, its current status and the reward system. The characteristic is followed by the assessment of the questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the practical part incorporates the evaluation of the motivational system and the propositions and suggestions based on the obtained information.
