Abstract

In my graduation theses I state of analysis of the effect of marketing communications company of firm TradeTec a.s., wich offer television broadcasting over satelit. My purpose was find out efficiency of marketing communications and propose some recommendations for communications, wich help to get a new consumers. On czech market is constantly grow a competition of offers wich offer television broadcasting, source is fast evolution of modern technology. The main problem is that althought the company has a lot of consumer, is awareness about mark Skylink stedily low. I executed the research by electornic and identity questioning. Electronic data capture passed off by internet questioning on server vyplnto.cz and by e-mail. Identity questioning passed off by printed questionnaire. On based results of marketing research I propose melioration and recommendations in some parts of marketing communications.
