Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with commutators which are produced by the Cebes company Inc., Brumov.In the theoretical part of the thesis the construction of the moulded commutators SUKaT is described and the problems related to the selection of material for structural desing of these commutators are discused.There are defined the main indicators which limite not only the process of production, but also selection of material suitable for the commutators.In the experimental section of this thesis three samples of the commutaror segment of various structure have been the subject of measurement. Furthermore, the comparison dealing with changes of firmness of the material depending on temperature has been made.A metallogra-phical analysis of the material structure has been done on several assortment samples.
