Realizace personálního controllingu v systému maticového řízení ve společnostech KORDÁRNA Plus, a.s. a SLOVKORD Plus, a.s.

Abstract

Personální controlling je v současnosti jeden z moderních trendů, o který společnosti jeví stále větší zájem. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá realizací personálního controllingu ve společnostech KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. a SLOVKORD Plus a.s. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny zejména základní pojmy z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, personální controlling, jeho vývoj a přínosy pro organizace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení společností, vytvoření sestavy tabulek pro sledování personálního controllingu ve společnosti SLOVKORD Plus a.s. a analýzu absence a fluktuace ve společnosti KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení, jejichž cílem je eliminovat některé odchylky a vést k úspěšnému vývoji v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů.

Currently the personnel controlling is one of the modern trends by which companies seem increasingly interested. This thesis deals with a realization of the personnel controlling in companies KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. and SLOVKORD Plus a.s. In the theoretical part there are listed especially basic notions from the field of human resource management, the personnel controlling, its development and benefits for organizations. The practical part focuses on introduction of the companies, creation of a set of tables for a pursuance of the personnel controlling in the company SLOVKORD Plus a.s. and an absence and fluctuation analysis in the company KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. Suggestions and recommendations are prepared based on established facts. Their goal is to eliminate some deviations and to lead to a successful development in the field of human resource management.
