Řízení vybraných firemních procesů pomocí ICT a implementace do systému managementu kvality

Abstract

The contents of this diploma thesis is analysis of selected company processes and proposal of their managing by information technologies in a company which is concerned with engineering production made –to-order. The thesis analyses the process of both – planned and also not planned producing cooperation, which goes through departments of technology, trade, production and control. My thesis suggests the elimination of paper communication of the whole process, which is often non-systemic and hardly monitored. Then I suggest the managing of the process by the application of workflow. Not only well analysed and set process can always guarantee to achieve the planned goals, that is the reason why I also solve the incorporation of the process into the system management of quality and I calculated the probable economic benefit. The merit of my thesis is complex proposal of solving the described proces. The end of the thesis suggests the solving of supporting processes by general setting of the application of helpdesk. My thesis wants to present how to make the whole process more efficient, more clear and last but not least to bring also financial evaluation to the company.
