E-government na úrovni statutárního města

Abstract

Thesis deals eGovernment at the statutory city of Frydek-Mistek. More detail is analyzed and commented elements of eGovernment and basic registers, public administration portal, electronic signature, Czech POINT and basic registers, both methodologically and also in the form of graphical comparison of development in e-government elements and their use within the department in the municipality with the schema_dspacedb. The end of the work are summary of requirements, proposed adding components for more comfortable functioning and to comply with the new current legislation in the context of agenda magistrate systems, including financing options. Usability knowledge is essential to realize the concept of the use and development of information systems within the Municipality.
