Možnosti využití otevřených prostorových dat pro účely optimalizace svozu odpadu obcí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou strategického plánování obcí, konkrétně optimalizací trasy pro svoz odpadu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část popisující jak legislativu spojenou s tímto tématem, tak teorii grafů a z ní odvozené metody síťové analýzy, které jsou podstatné pro řešení této problematiky. Ve druhé části práce jsou popsány kroky tvorby nového návrhu rozmístění sběrných míst pro dvě vybrané lokality – Rudoltice a Ostrava-Výškovice. Součástí je také popis použitých otevřených prostorových dat (OSM, Zabaged a RUIAN) a jejich srovnání z hlediska vhodnosti použití pro toto řešení. Pro tvorbu byl použit otevřený software QGIS.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of strategic planning of municipalities, specifically the optimisation of waste collection routes. The thesis contains a theoretical part describing both the legislation related to this topic and graph theory and derived network analysis methods that are essential for solving this problem. The second part of the thesis describes the steps of creating a new distribution layout for two selected locations – Rudoltice and Ostrava-Výškovice. It also includes a description of the open spatial data used(OSM, Zabaged and RUIAN) and their comparison in terms of suitability for this procedure. The open source software QGIS was used for the creation.
