Abstract

Topic of the diploma thesis is drawing up construction part project documentation civic equipment - building for seniors, in a level of performing the construction. The content of project documentation is design part according to scope assignment and technical report on the basis of regulation number 499/2006 legal code in current reading. The compoment of the diploma thesis is thermal technical review of circumference constructions and energetic label of the building occording to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), statistical appraisal and suggestion of the wooden roof´s load-bearing elements of trussing. The building is designed from brick wall constructional system without cellar, 1 – 2 floors, without attic apartment. The building is based on foundational strips roofing is formed with saddle-shaped roof of system.
