Systematizace havarijních karet a dokumentace PO vybraných objektů

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to systematize accident documentation in fire protection, work safety, major accident prevention and environmental protection. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with analyzing the law regulations of this problematics. To compare, a foreign approach to the problematics is shown. Next an overview of statistics of storage tank accidents is mentioned. The practical part of the thesis deals with designing a structure of unified and complex accident documentation (Unified accident plan) and suggesting universal methodic for this plan. The final part consists of the Unified accident plan for ČEPRO, a.s. Nové Město company, which shows functionality of designed systematized accident documentation.
