Abstract

There are currently countless different FM systems. The Urbido system is a comprehensive tool that covers the features of most of these programs and combines everything into one integrated ecosystem. This opens up the possibility of using machine learning on the various data recorded in Urbido. The purpose of this work is to describe the possibilities and capabilities of the AI plugin for the Urbido system, which will be able to analyze and evaluate operational data from various devices. Based on this data, the system will use machine learning to evaluate whether a critical condition has occurred or not and then notify the user of this fact, or plan action to correct this condition.
