Polyfunkční dům v Opavě - vytápění a nucené větrání

Abstract

Kubín, Jakub. Multifunctional house in Opava - heating and forced ventilation. Ostrava, 2023. Diploma thesis, VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and HVAC. The topic of this master thesis is the design of heating and forced ventilation in a multifunctional house in Opava. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, the construction part, contains the solution of the design documentation for the implementation of the building in the scope of HVAC needs meeting all the required standards and requirements. The second part deals with the HVAC, heating of the multifunctional building including hot water heating and forced ventilation. The heating in the multifunctional building is designed mainly by underfloor heating, then by heating elements and floor convectors. Ground/water source heat pumps using energy from deep wells are proposed as the main heat source for heating and hot water. The work also includes thermal engineering assessment of the structures, calculation of heat losses of the building, preparation of the energy label of the building envelope, energy performance certificate of the building, calculation of the required depth of geothermal boreholes, assessment of the security equipment. Forced ventilation in the 1st and 2nd floor is solved by means of two air handling units with counter-current recuperator and electric heater.
