Nákupní centrum s prodejnou rychlého občerstvení – vytápění a větrání

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh vytápění a větrání nákupního centra s prodejnou rychlého občerstvení. Diplomová práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci stavební části, posouzení stavebních konstrukcí s ohledem na tepelně technické požadavky, výpočet tepelných ztrát objektu, návrh nuceného větrání a dále návrh vytápění a klimatizování. Pro nákupní centrum, kuchyni a jídelnu rychlého občerstvení je navrženo teplovzdušné vytápění a chlazení. Ostatní prostory jsou vytápěny prostřednictvím teplovodní otopné soustavy s otopnými tělesy nebo pomocí elektrických otopných těles.

The theme of this thesis is the design of heating and ventilation of a shopping center with a fast food shop. The thesis contains a project documentation of the construction, an assessment of building constructions with respect to technical heating requirements, calculations of heat loss of the building, a draft of mechanical ventilation and a design of heating and air-conditioning. Air heating and cooling is designed for the shopping center, kitchen and fast food dining place. Other areas are heated by hot water heating system with radiators or with the help of electrical heaters.
