Vyhodnocení ekonomických a sociálních dopadů oddlužení na dlužníka

Abstract

This thesis deal with process debt relief of individuals including economic and social impacts to the debtor. In the theoretical part, we define basic concepts related to bankruptcy, ways of solutions of bankruptcy and there is clarifies current amendment of the Insolvency Act, which came into force in 2017 together with suggested amendment, which should be come into force in 2019. Thereafter the thesis outlines economic and social impacts of over-indebtedness including prevention and help in over-indebtedness. In the practical part, the thesis shows the analysis of process debt relief on two concrete cases and comparison of their different characteristics.
