Abstract

This thesis deals with personal selling in the banking market and it is focused mainly on communication with customers. There is insist on banker’s nonverbal communication. Analysis of current situation was evaluated according to the sighting and questioning methods. Sighting was in progress at Ceska Sporitelna a.s. branch with focus on banker’s nonverbal communication. All of that passed over without any direct banker’s consciousness. There was made a questionnaire for bankers. Questions were merged into four blocks with focus on training, nonverbal communication, banker’s contentment and their age, gender and education. According to the analysis’s conclusion, there were recommended some improvements for banking corporation in personal selling area.
