Analýza operací ve skladu vstupního materiálu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je firma Woco STV s.r.o. Firma je zaměřena na sériovou výrobu pro automobilový průmysl. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu skladových operací vstupního materiálu. Konkrétně jsou analyzovány činnosti příjmu, uskladňování a vychystávání materiálu do výroby. Cílem práce je podrobná analýza skladových operací a identifikace možných nedostatků. Pomocí podrobné analýzy jsou zkoumány jednotlivé operace ve skladu. V poslední kapitole jsou pak shrnuty všechny výsledky a navržena možná řešení pro zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků.

The main subject of the bachelor thesis is the company called Woco STV s.r.o. which specializes in the serial production for automotive industry. The thesis is focused on the analysis of operations in the warehouse of the entering material. Concretely, analysis of receipt, warehousing and picking orders of material to the production. The aim of the thesis is detailed analysis of operations in the warehouse and identification of possible mistakes. With the help of detailed analysis are researched individual operations in the warehouse. The closing chapter is devoted to the recapitulation of the results and there are also offered possible solutions for the improvement of detected imperfections.
