Kompletní porovnání rekonstrukce bytového jádra ve variantě zděné a sádrokartonové.

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je stavebně technologická studie rekonstrukce bytového jádra v panelovém domě T 06 B ve dvou variantách včetně položkové rozpočtu a harmonogramu prováděných prací.

V bakalářské práci jsem porovnával stavebně technologickou studii dvou nejčastějších variant rekonstrukce bytového jádra, a to montované sádrokartonové jádro a zděné jádro z pórobetonových tvárnic Ytong.

V části pozemního stavitelství je řešena situace panelového domu v stávající a nové variantě. V části technologické jsou řešeny technologické postupy výstavby bytového jádra v jednotlivých variantách spolu s rozpočty a harmonogramy. Na závěr provedu porovnání těchto variant a závěrečné zhodnocení.

In the bachelor thesis I focuse on constructional and technological studies of reconstruction of a core in the panel house T 06 B. In the thesis I mention two possible variants of reconstruction, including the budget and work schedule.

In the thesis I describe constructional and technological studies of the two most frequent variants of the core reconstruction – brick and plasterboard Ytong vision.

In the part of the building construction I focuse on the comparison of the current state of the panel house and the state after the reconstruction. Technological part focuses on the technological methods of the construction of a core in both variants of reconstruction, including the budget and work schedule. In conclusion I compare both variants and make a final evaluation of both methods.
