Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with finding source opportunities to increase manufacturing production of the medium and fine section mill in ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on modern view of corporate management. The practical part suggests optimization of the production processes based on the analysis of production downtimes.
