Návrh a výroba odlitku motorového dílu z hliníkové slitiny

Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis is design and manufacture cast of two stroke racing engine cylinder from aluminium alloy. This thesis describes structural design of two stroke racing engine cylinder, choosing the right material for a given application, design of cast, manufacture of the model using modern methods of Rapid Prototyping. Furthermore, the thesis describes the manufacturing process of cast with using precision casting technology. In conclusion, the results are evaluated.
