Návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu firmy

Abstract

The goal of my thesis entitled Draft long-term financial plan, the company is to produce substantive financial plan DHL Automotive, sro, which really captures the financial situation of companies in the coming years with regard to the outlook for economic development. The second chapter examines the general characteristics and importance of financial planning. It describes the structure of the financial plan, policies that must be met for its elaboration and, ultimately, the methods used in its creation. Chapter also includes long-and short-term financial planning and their characteristics. Part of long-term financial planning is a brief procedure in the planning of sales, balance sheet and cash flow. The third chapter is briefly characterized by DHL Automotive Ltd., a part of this chapter is the definition of the objects of a company, type of business and economic results achieved in previous years. Last, the fourth chapter focuses on the practical part of this work, which is a four-year financial plan in terms of DHL Automotive. It records the procedure for processing Planned balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow indirect method. There are also displays sub-plans, such as long-term plan and current assets, plan liabilities, credit and depreciation schedule and, ultimately, the sales plan. These sub-plans are used mainly to produce a complete long-term financial plan for the company.
