Abstract

In the present thesis is elaborated overview and fat separators are designed to possible applications of these traps in the catering segment . The first section explains the fundamental importance of using fat separator , followed by technological progress in fat separator . Another section focuses on the assessment and selection of the right fat separators and applications are explained later cleaning separators fat. Based on these applications is a comprehensive system designed to operate traps fat and good practice in catering segment . The following is a practical verification of some possible ways of processing waste from the grease trap . At the conclusion of the work is included recommendations for future action within the meaning start building a comprehensive system to promote environmental protection in connection with legislation.
