Abstract
The topic of the thesis is the evaluation of employees recruitment and selection through a personnel agency. The main aim of the thesis was to describe and assess the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the personnel agency Comac jobs s.r.o. within the provided permanent placement service, and subsequently to analyze the current process of recruitment and selection of employees. The data needed for the analysis were obtained through communication with the agency staff during the employment of the author of this thesis in the above mentioned agency and by means of a questionnaire survey. The data from the questionnaire survey were subsequently processed and evaluated in MS Excel.
On the basis of the research, suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the current situation were compiled. The proposals concern the establishment of cooperation between the Agency and the Labor Office and educational institutions, the use of job portals, the introduction of an Assessment Center and selection tests in the Agency's portfolio of services, and last but not least the introduction of training programs and teambuilding events for staff. The research showed a relatively high quality of the recruitment and selection process by the recruitment agency.
