Podrobná geologická dokumentace vyšší části profilu PP Profil Morávky

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je podrobná geologická dokumentace skalního podkladu sedimentárních hornin Vnějších Západních Karpat, vyskytujících se v korytě řeky Morávky v oblasti PP Profil Morávky. Práce je zaměřena především na litologii a stratigrafii zkoumané oblasti.V úvodu jsou shrnuty základní informace o studované oblasti a jejím blízkém okolí. V části o geologické stavbě území jsou na základě současných literárních pramenů popsány vrstevní sledy v příkrovové stavbě a v podloží Vnějších Západních Karpat a dále je popsána slezská a podslezská jednotka s jednotlivými souvrstvími. V části nazvané terénní deník jsou zdokumentované jednotlivé výchozy přítomných skalních hornin, jsou změřeny dokumentační GPS body a popsány odebrané vzorky zastižených hornin. Další část práce se věnuje metodice, výsledkům a vyhodnocením jednotlivých použitých metod, jako jsou prášková RTG difrakční analýza, hodnocení výbrusů, vyhodnocení foraminifer v jílovcích a palynologické vyhodnocení jílovců. Závěr práce se zabývá celkovým zhodnocením jednotlivých etap diplomové práce, shrnutím všech použitých metod a z nich získaných výsledků a na základě GPS bodů je zhotovena výsledná mapa, která umožnila rozdělení oblasti na jednotlivé litostratigrafické jednotky.

The thesis contains a detailed geological documentation of the rock base of sedimentary rocks of the Outer Western Carpathians occuring in the riverbed of the Moravka river in the area of the Profil Moravky natural monument. The work is mainly focused on the lithology and stratigraphy of the investigated area. In the introduction basic information about the aforementioned area and its vicinity is summarized. The part dealing with the geological structure of the area describes – with the help of contemporary literary sources - the strata sequences in the nappe structure and the subsoil of the region as well as the Silesian and the Subsilesian unit with their individual strata. In the section titled Field diary individual outcrops of rocks present are documented, GPS points are measured and the samples of encountered rocks are described. The following part deals with the methodology, results and evaluation of the methods used, such as powder X-ray diffraction analysis, evaluation of thin sections, evaluation of foraminifers in claystones and the palynological evaluation of claystones. In the conclusion of the thesis the overall evaluation of its various stages is given as well as the summary of the methods used and their results, and finally, based on the GPS points, a map is made, which enabled the division of the area to its individual lithostratigraphic units.
