Abstract
The main subject of this thesis is to design a general procedure for evaluation of improvement, innovation and change projects in organisations. The theoretical part contains the topic of quality management, continuous improvement and quality economics. The next part contains processed results from an online questioner, which deals with evaluation of improvement, innovation and change in Czech organisations. The third part contains requirements for evaluation of improvement, innovation and change projects in chosen norms connected with quality management. In the practical part, the procedure for evaluation of improvement, innovation and change projects is proposed, for all parts of the project realisation. This procedure is evaluated in the last chapter of the thesis.
