Podpora návštěvnosti horského hotelu v Moravskoslezských Beskydech

Abstract

My bachelor thesis deals with marketing research , which is focused on improvement in customer satisfaction on hotel Kocian. The bachelor basis is separated into six parts. In first part I am taking a care of the marketing of travel services focusing on price, advertisement, personal stuff and strategy. Then I describe the marketing research and it´s methodology. In the next part I characterize the hotel and its enviroment in which it’s located. Further there is processed the marketing research based on survey interview. Gained information are evaluated and the end of thesis are presented my suggestions and recommendations.
