Abstract
The thesis "The process of selection and adaptation of employees in a selected organization" focuses on theoretical information relating to the selection and adaptation of employees. We describe the various methods of selection and adaptation. The most important part is the analysis of selection methods and adaptation employees itself with consequent proposals and recommendations. Analysis of selection methods and adaptation is based on a survay in Amden Ltd. company. In the final part includes proposals how to improve the selection and adaptation of employees in the company.
