Abstract

The goal of my bachelor thesis is the evaulation of employees selection procedures used in Tieto company. This work is split into five parts. The first parts is dedicated to the explanation of why it is important to put mind into employees selection procedures. The second part deals with the company where I analyzed used employees selection methods. The third part introduces readers to the known methods of employees selection in theory. I dedicated the penultimate and pivotal part of my thesis to the evaluation of used methods in Tieto company. In the last part I defend my thesis and interpret my findings.
