Využití biotechnologií při sanaci organického znečištění

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of biotechnology in the processes of remediation of organic pollution. This research work consists of four parts. The first part gives an overview of selected remediation methods, basic principles and their use. The second part describes the activity of microorganisms in remediation practice, while the following part deals with the limiting factors for the suitability of specific remediation biotechnology. In the last part of the thesis there are examples from practice applied in the company Biodegradace s. r. o.
