Zhodnocení variant nabídky hypotečních úvěrů u vybraných bank

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is a comparison of products offered by three selected banks in the Czech mortgage market and their evaluation from the point of view of how a family budget is burdened within a model example. Within the theoretical part basic terms are described, that relate to a mortgage loan. It means a mortgage loan definition, to whom it is intended to, for what reasons and for which objects, in what amount and what is the way how to receive and pay mortgage loan. Further is described current situation on the Czech mortgage market and services and products of chosen banks. In the practical part a model example is solved and the optimal product that comply the most with input parameters is chosen
