Ostrava- Jih, regenerace části sídliště ul. Aviatiků, Mjr. Nováka, Oráčova

Abstract

The dissertation goal is to project regeneration of the part of panel housing estate in municipal district Ostrava – Jih restricted by Aviatiků, Mjr. Nováka and Oráčová streets. Dissertation content deals with a detail restriction of regenerated area, solution project of green and communication areas so that individual areas would be clearly determined. Thorough analysis of existing housing estate, identification of present capacity of parking places and green vegetation investigation will serve as a background. Regeneration will consist also in the project of facilities, areas and buildings intended for exploitation of leisure time of youth as well as adults beside changes of communications, static traffic and mobiliary. The project will respect conditions of statutory rules 494/2000 “Regeneration of panel housing estates” and present state with possibility of another realization of eventual reconstructions of existing residential buildings and/or amenities and possibility of further renovations in the scope of the whole housing estate. Valid municipal plan of Ostrava city will be respected as well.

Resulted project will be influenced the most by location of needed amount of new parking spaces. In the scope of solved district it will occur both to generation of new parking spaces and to construction of two underground parking buildings and one semi-flush type parking building.
