Membránové technologie pro čištění důlních vod

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the treatment of mine water, specifically the saline mine water of the Jeremenko Water Pit. The theoretical part deals with mine waters in general, their division, composition and possibilities of their purification and treatment. The practical part focuses on the use of membrane processes for the treatment of mine waters and for their concentration (source of raw materials). In particular, electrodialysis and reverse osmosis are tested. In the laboratory tests, two pre-treatments - aeration/filtration and acidification - are selected with respect to the membrane technologies used and the mine water. For the electrodialysis and reverse osmosis tests, the progress, efficiencies and metabolic balances are evaluated. In conclusion, it is evaluated that electrodialysis and reverse osmosis are suitable methods for the purification and concentration of mine water after certain pretreatments of the input mine water.
