Geometrický plán pro doplnění SGI o pozemek dosud evidovaný zjednodušeným způsobem a rozdělení pozemků v k.ú. Černošice

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je zpracování geometrického plánu pro doplnění souboru grafických informací o pozemek dosud evidovaný zjednodušeným způsobem, rozdělení pozemků a zpřesnění vlastnické hranice v katastrálním území Černošice. V první části práce je popsán vývoj katastru a katastrálních map, ve druhé části problematika zjednodušené evidence, souřadnic bodů a vytyčovacích a měřických prací spojených se zpracováním tohoto geometrického plánu. Ve třetí části je uveden podrobný popis konkrétních činností, které vedly k vypracování tohoto geometrického plánu od zadání práce objednatelem, rekognoskace terénu, zaměření, zpracování plánu až po potvrzení geometrického plánu katastrálním úřadem.

The subject of this dissertation is the processing of survey sketch for addition of survey data file of land still registered in simplified land inventory, dividing of the lands and specification of real property boundary in cadastral district Černošice. In the first part is described the registry development and cadastral maps, in the second part is described problems of simplified land inventory, coordinates of points, marking out and surveying works associated with the processing of this geometrical plan. The third part of this dissertation gives a detailed description of the particular actions in all stages of processing which are neccessary to complete of this geometrical plan, i.e. from the order by the client, through the field reconnaissance, surveying, data processing unitl the certification of the geometrical plan by cadastral Authority.
