Analýza vývoje trhu práce v České republice v kontextu Lisabonské strategie

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the developments in the labor market in the Czech Republic in the context of the Lisbon Strategy. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which includes the aim and structure of this work. The second chapter is characterized by specific objectives of the Lisbon strategy, including the reason for its creation. The third chapter focuses on the development of macroeconomic indicators, labor market, which has been the employment rate, employment rate of women and older people. Also, the overall rate was monitored and regional unemployment, including real GDP growth. In the fourth chapter, these labor market indicators are compares the Visegrad countries. The fifth chapter is a conclusion that summarizes the whole thesis.
