Hodnocení systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the employee motivation system in a chosen organization. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concepts of motivation, stimulation, motivational theories and remuneration of employees. In the practical part, the selected organization in which the questionnaire survey was conducted is characterized. Based on the evaluation of the results of the survey, recommendations were proposed that aim to improve the level of employee motivation.
