In my diploma paper I worked up the trend prices survey of properties in The Czech Republic and in the next two chosen Czech region, the capital Prague and the Ústí Nad Labem area during years 2002 to 2007. Next I determinated a supposed trend prices of properties in these two chosen regions no further particulars and I also introduced factors, which influences the price of properties. The basic law notions which relates to properties are explained in the first part of this work. Consequently, there is a trend prices survey in the single market segments with properties in terms of whole Czech Republic in conjunction with factors, which influences the property price. The next is the trend prices confrontation in the two monitored regions and a supposed trend in prices in these regions no further particulars. At the close, there is the summary of my whole work and the most interesting confrontation, which ensued on this work.
