Abstract

The work deals with a summary of the principles of temperature measurement, temperature sensors suitable for inteligent sensors with record and includes, kinds of recording devices, their structure and functions. In the work is characterized and described an intelligent sensor, and from which parts is composed. In part the structural design temperature sensor is described several steps by which this device can produce. This part include an important parts of the program and the static characteristics of the sensor before and after linearization. The last part is Realization of device model. In this section are detailed parameters of the intelligent sensors with a data logger, correction curve, absolute and relative measurement uncertainty depending on the of temperature and evaluation.
