Abstract
The aim of the masters thesis is to design a strategy for a distillery and a liquor factory. In the theoretical-methodological part, attention is given to key concepts from the fields of management and strategic direction. It also includes the examination of strategic analysis processes and the definition of external and internal environment analysis. Subsequently, the investigated company and its specifics are introduced. The practical part consists of specific analyses of the company's external and internal environments, including a PEST analysis examining the political-legislative, economic, social, and technological factors affecting the company's business, and financial analysis. A SWOT analysis identified the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Based on these analyses, three strategies have been developed that could contribute to the company's growth and competitiveness. The thesis also includes a crisis scenario focusing on a potential crisis situation that could affect the company. Overall, the presented thesis provides specific and practical guidelines for developing a strategy for a distillery and a liquor factory.
