Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the ways in which seniors are informed in social service homes in case of emergencies. In the first part, the issue of communications with the elderly is looked at in detail. In the second part, the questionnaire survey and its solution are described, followed by a proposal to improve the information of seniors.
