Abstract

The topic of Thesis is The Influence of Motivational Factors to the Behavior of Employees. The goal is to find out real state of company in Human Resources Area and subsequently use motivation factors, which will improve loyalty of company emploies. Study in area of TQM, motivation, stimulation, loyalty, remuneration, HRM, intercultural area and methods of research was basic. There were used methods such as Mystery Shopping, Interview, Questionnaire, Paret´s analysis and Financial and Time return of investition. Those methods were choosed because of nerrowness of required information. Nowadays company HMMC has good position in the market. The company knows about intercultural diferences betwen Czech and Korean Republic. It uses many motivational elements and benefits. For highest loyalty behaving of staff were proposed changes in motivating factors and better communication which damages barries between cultures. Management of company should take more care about employees in their free time. It need rechange system of benefits and incorporate there sportive and cultural clubs and rekreation. For better integration is neccesery to rate staff more often and give them more information by training. HMMC doesn´t meet any critical values in gab. Finally is possible to say, that company is on good way. We can only hope, that company will still continue in right staps together with its emmployees.
