Abstract
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of iPhone's brand image on the mobile phone market. The analytical part is divided into two parts, where the first part investigates influencing factors involved in purchase decision of the customers. The second part focuses on iPhone's brand image. The results of the research are the basis for the proposals and recommendations, which should lead to improved image of the brand iPhone.
