Vliv vybraných stimulů v organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the stimulatory factors and then analyzes their influence in the organization of Ardagh Metal Packaging Znojmo a.s. In the first part of this document are explained important theoretical concepts that will be applied in second part of document. The practical part examines selected stimuli in a given organization. The necessary information is obtained through a questionnaire survey. At the conclusion will be proposed recommendations that will lead to higher efficiency and employee satisfaction.
