Abstract

One of the most important requirements of securing prosperity and success of a company is a preparation and a realization of periodic investment projects intended for development or at least for recovery of current assets and technologies. The goal of this thesis is economic valuation of using monolithic bottom of foundry ladle, modern fireproof product, developed for insertion into the base of foundry ladles in secondary metallurgy during steel production. This thesis aims in particular at industrial project, however majority of findings (primarily financial and economic aspects) could be used even for projects from the other fields, including service businesses.
