Inovace řídicího systému kontinuální drátovny pro automatické párování svitku dle parametrů výroby

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the implementation of material monitoring and its pairing according to~production data on a continuous wire plant. The diploma thesis was written in collaboration with Liberty Ostrava a.s. company. The introduction of~this thesis is devoted to the~description of the technology designed to innovate the control system. The~theoretical part also contains the~description of the control process used in the technology made for innovation and the material tracking options in automation. The practical part is then focused on solving the issue of material monitoring in the first part of the process and cooperation with the second part of the process. The~necessary adjustments in the existing control system and their visualisation follow. The final part of the thesis is focused on the functionality testing and verification during shutdown and run~of~the~technology and the final evaluation.
