Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused database creation and access to the database using Microsoft Access. The first part describes the current state of the company, company view the issue and procedure to create safety - engineering controls. The second part describes the programs needed to create the database. In addition to display a list of tables, views, stored procedure created Microsoft SQL Server and a list of forms, reports, and module Microsoft Access 2007. The last part of this thesis explains the proposed solution. This section serves as a manual to create forms in Microsoft Access. In this section forms are described to the smallest detail, to work on them as much simplified.
