Zvýšení odborných a praktických znalostí hasičů-zdravotníků u HZS MSK formou opakovacího IMZ

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on firefighters-paramedics of the Moravian-Silesian Fire Rescue Department. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic organization of the integrated rescue system and its components, especially the Fire Rescue Department of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it characterizes the firefighter-paramedic, the current system of acquisition and verification of firefighters' professional knowledge and the comparison of firefighter-paramedic issues with foreign countries. The practical part deals with the analysis of the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of firefighter-paramedics in the Fire Rescue Department of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the form of theoretical and practical testing. The testing data is further used to design a repeating Instructional Methodical Employment to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the mentioned firefighter-paramedics.
