This thesis is dedicated to the explosion protection a central extraction of wood dust in the wood processing plant. The theoretical part describes basics of combustion, explosion and forms of explosion protection. The main part describes the plant and technology of extraction. This part is followed by chapter about experimental testing collected dust sample from extraction system. The final part is proposing measures to ensure safety in accordance with current legislation.
