Abstract

This bachelor thesis is making reader acquainted with the university graduate standing on the labor market as well as with general situation of employment policies and their approach to graduates and other labor parties that are involved. First part of this thesis contains complete theoretical disassembly of the chosen labor parties. Also it is focusing on the university graduates themselves. Last part of the chapter is also partially dedicated to labor force younger than 30 years of age. The second part is naming particular basic terms and definitions of the graduates, that are then submitted to various methodics in order to create a complex overlook of the chosen problems. Both Czech republic and its neighbors and additionally also EU-27 member states are part of the analysis. Final part of the text is meant to consider all possible options by which university graduates position on the labor market might be improved and solidified through usage of both existing and new active labor politics.
